Hi everyone! In this video, we will discuss using a serger for gathering!
Follow along as Donna gives a further explanation of the movement of the feed dogs with the different settings of differential feed.
She will demonstrate gathering on several strips of various types and weights of fabric and then compare the results. Using the serger for gathering would be a great way to produce long lengths of ruffles, if you love ruffles but aren’t fond of all the gathering involved. We hope you’ll give this a try!
