Follow along in this video as we kick off the full sew-along for the Dorel Boots for 18-inch dolls! Cinnamon will share with you three options for the upper boot.
~ Option One: Fabric-backed Glitter Vinyl with Lacing Tabs
~ Option Two: Fusible Fleece-Lined Upcycled Jonny Was nylon bag with 1/8-inch eyelets. This one is designed to coordinate with our Winter Sports Jacket!
~ Option Three: Diamond Quilted, Fusible Fleece-Lined Poly/Nylon fabric with 1/4-inch eyelets.
These three option are just a few of the possibilities that can be made with the QTπ Pattern Co. Dorel Boots doll clothes sewing pattern!
Supplies Needed for This Part of the Project:
Upper Boot Fabric - Can be vinyl, nylon, corduroy, twill, etc. Lighter weight fabric work nicely with a Fusible Fleece interfacing.
(Option 1) Six small Jump Rings, or D Rings. 8-10 mm size.
(Option 2 & 3) Small eyelets. 1/8" or 1/4" both work well. Be sure to use eyelets that work with your chosen lacing cord.

Double-sided quilters tape if using the tabbed lacing option
