I have a Husqvarna Viking Topaz 40 Embroidery and Sewing Machine. For the next few months I'm ordering a couple feet each month and going to employ them in my doll clothes sewing.

First up the Narrow Hem Foot for accurate distancing, the Clear B Edge Stitching Foot for fancy edge stitches, and the Hemmer Foot for narrow rolled hems.

I can't wait to apply them to my upcoming sewing projects. I'll try to remember to share here as I go.

Specialty feet are useful, you inspire me to learn to perfect using some I haven't quite gotten the hang of yet. Have fun exploring.

I have Viking machines and use the D foot (which is actually for blind hemming) as an edge stitch foot. Moving the needle over to the left makes for a pretty perfect 1/8" edge stitch. I don't think I've ever used that foot for its intended purpose in all the years that I've had my machines.
